Years ago I came across a technique in communication theory call The JOHARI WINDOW. It was created by JOseph Luft and HARrIngton Ingham and used in self-help groups and corporate settings as a heuristic exercise.
Details:
Measures 10mm wide x 1.2mm depth (a very thin band)
Engraved with 4 aspects of the Self: Mask, Blind Eye, Open Book, Question Mark
You might want to size up because this is a wide band.
